Chanting & Meditation
MONDAYS 8:30PM / WEDNESDAYS 11:30AM

Meditation and Chanting with Micki. Her voice alone will
carry you to new depths. Open to all. Beginners will receive
all they need to start their practice of meditation and
those with experience will take their practice to new levels
during these half hour sessions.

light of universal intelligence. As we chant the Universe
speaks to us in metaphoric images.
The chanter is the cosmic universe in miniature. The person
chanting is the embodiment of the earth and sky. The highest
nerve center is located at the voice center, the place in
the human anatomy where the sky and earth in the human anatomy
are connected. Sound vibration connects the mind, body and
spirit, and makes the physical body whole."

Practices such as mindfulness and meditation are not just
a time out in a busy day. They are skills for life in helping
us to live more consciously and to better understand the
relationship between body, mind, and spirit. They can facilitate
that deep yearning we share for peace and whole health.
As we find greater balance and harmony within we can also
re-engage with relationship and in the world in a more conscious
way.
